The Dynamic Family Portrait

With all of the holiday rush it is easy to forget a few things.  Like who will be the photographer at the big family gatherings, tasked with preserving the memories of the event?  Is it you or someone you know?   Make the job is less stressful, the pictures more impressive and memories more vivid with some tips and techniques!

You will learn not only the basics of shooting profile, frontal, group and individual portraits but we'll also talk about how to frame great candid shots.  Learn to shoot pictures of your family with a flash or in natural light.  Last but never least we'll show you how to make sure your images are properly downloaded and safely stored for sharing both on paper and through internet options like email and Facebook.

Objective: To learn to shoot flattering and memorable family and group photos.

Other Notes: Students should bring a camera if possible.
